They last up to 3 months in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, eat them within 2 weeks.

All our dates contain nuts. They are made in a kitchen that also handles milk, soya, sesame, peanuts, cereals containing gluten and eggs, so every flavour may contain these too. Full ingredients for every flavour are on our flavours page.
